Over 9 days, you’ll explore a variety of spiritual and personal development practices, including:
* Chakra balancing and higher chakra work
* Using a pendulum for guidance and Q&A

On free days, lunch is not included as you may be out exploring. For those staying back, meals can be purchased at the resort or nearby restaurants. Evening meals are mostly at your own expense, allowing flexibility and variety.
